6th Annual Golf For Life

Golf Fore Life will be held Friday, Sept. 14, 2012 at the beautiful White Hawk Golf Club in Bixby, OK. Play will begin at 8:00 AM with a shotgun start. All players are encouraged to come early and warm up at the driving range.
White Hawk Golf Club is located at 148th and Yale.
You can arrive by exiting east off of Highway 75 or turning west from Memorial.
Entry Fee
The entry fee is $100 per player includes:
Green fees, range balls, cart, lunch and reception.
Plus, entry to special contest including long drive,
closest to pin, and hole-in-one prizes.
